　�。�3）委托代理出口http://en.stonebuy.com/的生產(chǎn)企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/。指沒有取得進(jìn)出口http://en.stonebuy.com/經(jīng)營(yíng)權(quán)，而委托外貿(mào)企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/代理出口http://en.stonebuy.com/自己生產(chǎn)的貨物的內(nèi)資生產(chǎn)企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/。此類企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/可以在貨物出口http://en.stonebuy.com/后申請(qǐng)退稅。根據(jù)原有規(guī)定，委托代理出口http://en.stonebuy.com/是在受托方退稅的，國(guó)稅發(fā)（95）92號(hào)文規(guī)定，從1995年7月1日起在委托方退（免）稅，因此，這類企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/從1995年7月1日開始具有申請(qǐng)退（免）稅資格。
