　　隨著石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應用護理行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，在各地涌現(xiàn)出一批具有一定規(guī)模實力和技術水平的專業(yè)化公司，以及具有較高理論水平和實踐經(jīng)驗的專業(yè)技術人才。但是，在石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應用護理行業(yè)的發(fā)展中難免出現(xiàn)魚龍混雜的現(xiàn)象。由于進入行業(yè)的門檻低，一些不具備資金、技術實力的企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/紛紛進入，造成了行業(yè)內(nèi)的惡性競爭頻繁、施工質(zhì)量事故頻出，在社會上造成極壞影響，阻礙了行業(yè)的健康有序發(fā)展。

　　2006年，為適應石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應用護理行業(yè)的發(fā)展，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應用護理的行業(yè)組織應運而生。由中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)協(xié)會發(fā)起，并召集了分布在全國各地的從事石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應用護理專業(yè)的骨干企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/參加，正式成立了中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)協(xié)會石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應用護理專業(yè)委員會。該組織的成立為促進石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應用護理行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展奠定了基礎。石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應用護理專業(yè)委員會成立以來，在中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)協(xié)會的領導下，積極開展了工作。首先從抓培訓和標準入手，按照勞動和社會保障部的要求，組織業(yè)內(nèi)有關專家制定石材http://www.stonebuy.com/護理工的國家職業(yè)標準（目前石材http://www.stonebuy.com/護理工的國家職業(yè)標準的初稿已上報上級有關部門），起草培訓大綱和培訓教材，并在國家建材工業(yè)職業(yè)技能鑒定指導中心的指導下，配合開展了石材http://www.stonebuy.com/護理工職業(yè)技能鑒定前初級工和中級工的培訓工作。先后在北京、杭州、鄭州等地與當?shù)氐?a >石材http://www.stonebuy.com/協(xié)會組織了三期培訓班，共有126人參加培訓，并通過了國家建材工業(yè)職業(yè)技能鑒定指導中心的鑒定，取得了勞動和社會保障部頒發(fā)的職業(yè)資格證書。培訓工作的開展，不僅提升了企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/員工的技術水平，而且對企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/和整個行業(yè)素質(zhì)的提高也起到了積極的促進作用。目前，職業(yè)技能鑒定和培訓工作引起了業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的普遍重視。各地的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應用護理企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/紛紛要求辦班，派員工參加培訓。石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應用護理專業(yè)委員會將根據(jù)需求情況陸續(xù)在各地開展職業(yè)鑒定前的培訓工作，以滿足企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/及員工的需要。

　　加強行業(yè)自律、規(guī)范企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/行為，在石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應用護理企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/中開展企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/資質(zhì)等級評定工作，向社會推薦具有一定資質(zhì)水平的企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/是石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應用護理專業(yè)委員會的又一項重要工作，首先在部分具備條件的地區(qū)和企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/中開展試點工作，待條件成熟后將在行業(yè)內(nèi)全面展開。另外，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應用護理專業(yè)委員會在企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/備案、推薦品牌、加強企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/間的交流與合作、開展技術業(yè)務咨詢等方面也在積極開展工作。

　　我們相信，在中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)協(xié)會的領導下，經(jīng)過廣大石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應用護理企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的共同努力，我國的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應用護理行業(yè)——這一石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業(yè)中的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)會得到持續(xù)健康發(fā)展，必將有更美好的明天。
